What is the easiest way to connect the device to Wi-Fi?

Simply reset the device and wait for the indicator light to flash red. Then choose Auto Search Mode in the app. The app will automatically detect the device and guide you through the Wi-Fi setup process. This is the most convenient connection method.

Can the device still work during a power outage?

Yes. The product features a dual power system. During a power outage, battery backup allows the feeder to continue dispensing meals according to the feeding schedules previously saved in the app.

Does the device need to be plugged in to use the app?

Yes. The app must be plugged in to connect to WiFi for use.

What is the proper way to clean the feeder?

The grain storage bucket and feeding tray are washable and should be fully dried before reassembly. Do not wash the main unit—wipe it with a damp cloth instead. Clean the feeding outlet using a soft brush.

Can only my phone control the feeding schedule?

You can manage the device through the app and also share access with family or friends, allowing multiple users to control feeding if needed.
