Will the feeding schedule still work if the Wi-Fi goes offline?

Yes. Even without Wi-Fi, it will continue dispensing food according to your preset plan. But app control, live view, and Wi-Fi features require AC power and network connection.

Can the feeder operate during a power outage?

Yes. When backup batteries are installed, the feeder keeps running and follows your feeding schedule for 6 days even without external power while large 4.5L capacity holds up to 19 cups of dry food (enough for one average-sized cat for 12–15 days.

How do I ensure my cat gets the exact grams or cups per meal?

Since kibble sizes vary, we recommend a “10-portion” pre-test. Weigh the output on a scale, then adjust the portions in the App to match your pet’s diet. It’s the best way to handle different food densities! Also do not use wet food！

How can I protect my privacy while using the feeder’s camera?

The camera supports bank-level encryption to keep your data secure. All footage is encrypted locally before being uploaded to the cloud and you can also cover the camera. If the encryption password is lost, the encrypted data cannot be recovered.

How can I share the pet feeder with another phone or family member?

You can share the feeder in two ways: scan the code when both phones are together, or invite another user’s account in the app. There’s no limit to shared users, and access can be removed anytime to protect privacy.
